Ginger Dijon Balsamic Dressing

Here we have a dressing that tastes amazing and will last through about 10 man-salads, according to my husband. I haven’t tried it in another application, but this versatile dressing just might make an appearance on our next pork chop night or as a marinade to grilled veggies.

Yield: About 1 cup vinaigrette salad dressing

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp compliant Dijon dressing
  • 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup compliant oil
  • 1 tsp minced sweet basil
  • 1 tsp pepper (if desired)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bottle or bowl and whisk/shake thoroughly (appropriate to container being used).Ginger balsamic dressing cover photo
