Wonder how I came up with the name of this recipe? These carrots are as simple as it gets and still very very flavorful and easy to boot! These simply flavorful roasted carrots are wonderful with any protein, but they pair especially well with my Ginger-Wasabi Marinated Swordfish Steak.
Yield: 2-4 servings, depending on size
Time: 5 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook time
- 1 pack baby carrots (16 oz)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dill
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbs avocado (or other compliant) oil
- 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 375f. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat evenly. Lay out on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. That’s all folks! Enjoy.
